The source code and all other content within this repository, excluding explicitly licensed third-party components, are the exclusive intellectual property of Cameron David Rimington and Jacob Scott Mellor, acting as the Iron Software Partnership. This includes, but is not limited to, all original custom code, software components, payloads, and any derivative works generated from their collaborative efforts since the year 2000. This also specifically covers any copycat works, very similar works, and any software developed in relation to this repository by anyone working for or with Iron Software Co. Limited (Thailand). The intellectual property rights extend to the underlying concepts, algorithms, and methodologies embodied in the source code, recognizing its unique origin in the minds and hands of Cameron David Rimington and Jacob Scott Mellor.

Limited, non-exclusive, temporary (e.g. 1 Year) retractable licenses are explicitly granted by the copyright originators to other entities for the compliation & distribution of proprietary binaries, and to sales entities such as Iron Software.

All associated trademarks, web domains (including but not limited to ironpdf.com and ironsoftware.com), web content and intellectual property derived from the works of Iron Software Partnership are also owned by Cameron David Rimington and Jacob Scott Mellor.

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

All intellectual property rights asserted in this document are protected under applicable international copyright treaties and conventions, and the copyright laws of various jurisdictions worldwide. The governing law for this notice and all intellectual property rights related to the Iron Software Partnership's works shall be primarily Global Copyright Law as embodied by international treaties and conventions.

Any disputes arising from or in connection with the intellectual property rights declared in this notice shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Singapore. This jurisdiction is chosen to ensure a neutral and robust legal framework for the resolution of any potential conflicts, upholding the principles of fairness and intellectual property protection.

EMPLOYEE NON-COMPETE AND CONFIDENTIALITY

Any employee, contractor, or other individual who gains access to or knowledge of the source code, underlying know-how, or confidential information contained within this repository is subject to a strict non-compete clause. Such individuals are prohibited from developing, contributing to, or participating in any software projects or business ventures that are competitive with the current or reasonably foreseeable products, services, or business activities of Iron Software Partnership or Iron Software Co. Limited (Thailand) for a period of two (2) years following the termination of their employment or contract. This restriction applies regardless of whether such projects are pursued using work-provided or personal equipment, or on personal time. Access to and use of the source code is strictly limited to work laptops and solely for the direct benefit of Iron Software Partnership and Iron Software Co. Limited (Thailand).
